Made at the Akashi Sake Brewery in the same way as Champagne starting with a Ginjo Sake which then undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Light and crisp, with refreshing citrus, floral aromatics and just a touch of sweetness. Serve slightly chilled as an alongside sushi.
