Amazingly rich golden colour with a straw hue and faint cloudiness. Very expressive on the nose with heady notes tangerine, apple pie, grilled apricots, citrus oil, slate and honey. The palate is deeply concentrated with decadent apricot, preserved lemon and sweet apple. There's still plenty of acidity to balance the sweetness making this a perfectly poised glass of Canadian craftsmanship.
