Billecart Salmon Brut Nature NV

Established in 1818 by Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, a Champagne house that has been family-owned and independent for nearly 200 years. The house is situated in the very heart of Champagne in the charming village of Mareuil-sur-Ay. The production methods date back to the origins of the House of Billecart-Salmon and remain secrets that have been handed down for seven generations.
A blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. No sugar has been added to the dosage. Pale gold in colour with an ultra-fine bubble. Complex and seductive on the palate with floral aromas, hints of lemon sorbet and elegant undertones of brioche. Charming biscuity notes on the palate with a stylish mineral finish.
