Bodega Sers are based in Somontano, a small D.O. in North Eastern Spain. They produce incredible, small production wines from their 12 Hectares of vines. The 'Temple' is a delicious bend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with seven months aging in American oak barrels. The result is a luscious, meaty wine rich with cherry fruits, plum and baking spice before a wave of toasted vanilla comes through. Sensational.
