Harvested from the El Cuadrado Estate, the highest altitude vineyard across the whole Balbaina Alta district in the Sherry Triangle. Produced from only free-run juice and only the natural yeast found on the grape. Fermented then fortified to 15% before being aged in a solera system in American oak.
Producing a dry and refreshing style of sherry with aromas of apple, straw and nutty flavours, all rounded up with a salty tang. Lightweight, subtle and balanced. The perfect introduction to sherry. Serve chilled alongside tapas sea food, white meats or mild cheeses.
