Bodegas Moha Sapientia Verdejo

Produced by Alberto Moro this Verdejo is produced in the Rueda region next to the river Duero, with a focus on increased biodiversity in the vineyard they only use organic products on the vines. 

Using natural yeasts from the grape skins for fermentation produces the unique characteristics of the verdejo grapes. with a straw bright yellow colour the intense and elegant aromas of white flowers and fresh herbs standout among the background of aniseed, fennel and scrubland tones. On the palate it has excellent structure and volume with a soft bitterness in the finish which is a key characteristic of verdejo the aromas on the nose are accentuated on the palate becoming more complex and persistent. Perfect to drink on its own or with smoked fish or seafood pasta.
