Produced from selected vines in the Nava del Ray vineyards Tiempos Modernos ("Modern Times") is an organic wine made from hand picked grapes that undergo a natural fermentation, allowing the wine to express the unique characteristics of the Godello grape.
On the nose it has a great intensity with complex aromas of white flowers, white fruit, herbs and spicy notes, all underpinned by strong minerality. The palate shows a wine with a lot of volume, an unctuous and beautifully flavourful mouthfeel accentuating the fruity and floral aromas.
Pair with grilled or baked fish dishes and lightly spiced white meats.
