The core of this wine is from Meursault, where the domaine has four hectares. The rest comes from the family’s two hectares in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, near Maranges, with 10% from Chablis. Bright and focussed, this is a crisp, energetic wine of white flowers and crunchy apple. Fermented and aged in barrel, with 20% new oak.
