Starting in 2013, Brothers at War began as a weekend project for Angus and Sam Wardlaw, initially producing only a Shiraz. After a few years, they have grown to become world-class wine producers, specializing in using small, selected parcels of exceptional fruit.
Pendee Farm Vineyard, first planted in the 1960s, was selected for its incredible soils and distinct microclimate, allowing it to produce high-quality wines that reflect the region's style.
Brothers at War Cabernet Sauvignon is produced in the Barossa Valley, taking inspiration from classic Bordeaux-style wines. It provides aromas of blackberry, chocolate, and forest floor. The palate reveals a rich, full-bodied wine with flavours of black cherries, spice, and violets, with a long finish and excellent structure, perfect to pair with smoked meats and BBQ.
