This is a delicious sparkling 'Pet-Nat' rose from Italy's Puglia region. Made from Nero di Troia grapes this sparkling is bursting with ripe red fruits. Dry, fresh with vibrant acidity.
Organic hand harvest grapes initially fermented in stainless steel the bottled and sealed with a crown cap for fermentation to finish in the bottle. Please note this wine will have natural sediment from the residual yeast.
