Traditional hand-made white rum produced in the eastern highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico by Maestro Leoncio Gaspar in the Sierra Mixe. Similar in style to Agricole and Cachaca there's big grassy notes, woody, vegetal and herbal with a very subtle sweetness.
