Ah now this is proper Lambrusco, of the slightly sweeter variety. The 'Amabile' sits between dry (Secco) and sweet (Dolce). Fresh, lively and overflowing with ripe cherry fruits, a touch of plum and gentle rumble of sweetness. Serve as an aperitif or along side blue cheeses.
