Casal Mendes Rosé, crafted from Baga grapes, draws its fruit from carefully chosen vineyards in Portugal's central and southern regions. These moderately mature vines, rooted in traditional clay and sandy soils, yield a vibrant and fruity rosé.

The wine offers a burst of strawberry and raspberry aromas. Its palate is soft and fruit-forward, complemented by a subtle effervescence. A crisp acidity balances the experience, concluding with a gentle sweetness.
