Located in the west corner of Berkshire between Hungerford and Newbury, Winding Wood is a boutique biodynamic and organic vineyard that produces award-winning English sparkling wine. All their wines are aged a minimum of 24 months on lees before disgorgement and resting for a further 6 months.
Pale straw in colour with a stream of fine bubbles, Winding Wood Brut Reserve has a well-developed autolytic character on the nose with aromas of English apples, summer fruit and a toastiness on the palate. It has a rich mouth feel and will continue to develop further complexity with bottle age.
