At Delheim, sustainability is woven into every aspect of operations, from community engagement and land stewardship to winemaking and business practices. Created as a collaboration with Christoph Hammel, the Staying alive Riesling was produced from a small vineyard planted at Delhiem. The idea was to produce Riesling with a more fruit forward character resulting in a clean and focused rendition of the Riesling variety. Pair alongside an array of smoked sausages and meats.
