Chanson have been in Burgundy since 1750 and are one of the five big houses in the region now under ownership of the Bollinger group.
This light gold hued wine has aromas of pale fleshed fruit (pear/apple) with nuances of petrol and a delicate mineral touch. It is well-balanced and vibrant with a precise texture and a refreshing aftertaste.
Enjoy with charcuterie and poultry as well as many different cheeses (comté, goat cheeses, etc...)
