Domaine La Tasque is a small family domaine situated in the rolling countryside between Carcassonne and Béziers in the Languedoc, South of France. It is owned by Master of Wine, Juliet Bruce Jones and her husband Simon Ingman. The vineyards are organically farmed and harvested by hand.
An elegant, fruit-forward wine, brimming with aromas and flavours of black cherry, raspberry and wild herbs. Medium-bodied with smooth tannins and an appealing freshness. The light tannins and fruitiness make this a versatile red which can be enjoyed lightly chilled with a picnic, roast chicken or even with fish.
