Domaine La Tasque is a small family domaine situated in the rolling countryside between Carcassonne and Béziers in the Languedoc, South of France. It is owned by Master of Wine, Juliet Bruce Jones and her husband Simon Ingman. The vineyards are organically farmed and hand-harvested.
Producing a full-bodied yet fresh wine with intense flavours of dark, smoky, minerally fruit and a lingering, savoury finish. Delicious with wild mushrooms or with game, particularly pheasant or pigeon.
