Domaine Matrot Meursault 1er Cru Charmes 2021

Very small production Meursault from the sensational Domaine Matrot, just 1200 bottles released from a one hectare plot positioned on the upper portion of the Charmes. Delicate and elegant on the nose with spiced apple pastry and stone fruit. The palate is intense, concentrated and floral with wild white flowers, a kick of electric citrus before a long, perfumed and spicy finish, delicious palate weight too. This one has just hit it's drinking window, open from now and over the next decade.
