Produced by Simon Ingman and Juliet Bruce Jones MW. Domaine La Tasque is a small wine estate in the Languedoc between Carcassonne and the Mediterranean. The estate is organically farmed and all hand-harvested to ensure grapes of the highest quality are used to produce their vibrant range of wines.
Created from a blend of Assyrtiko, Grenache Gris, Bourboulenc and Grenache Blanc. Aprilla produces aromas of lime blossom and lemons. On the palate, there is an apparent richness balanced by the freshness of the Assyrtiko. Pour a glass alongside tarragon chicken, shellfish or rich soft cheeses like Camembert.
