Aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Madeira wine casks. Dorley's 12 year old is the second oldest rum in the their range. Tons of fruit on the nose, cherry, pomegranate, and apricot intertwine with sweet, aromatic spice. The palate is full, mature and quite savory with leathery tobacco, exotic spice, heavily charred oak and red fruits on the finish.
