Originally made by Joseph Dubonnet to fight off malaria in the French army, Dubonnet was also the tipple of choice for the late Queen Elizabeth II. A sweet wine base vermouth it's deliciously bitter notes are created using a blend of fortified wine, herbs, spices and a touch Quinine.
