You Fuck My Wine is produced from a tiny parcel of Jurançon Noir with a small amount of Merlot and Malbec added. As with all of Fabien's wines this is organic, biodynamic with no added SO2. Fabien named this wine due to the ongoing fight between himself and the Cahor AOC regulators who have told him that due to his experimental varietals and techniques he will never achieve AOC status. 

Earthy red with notes of black cherry and spice. Firm tannins and subtle herbal notes.
