This newest addition to the Fantasia range brings all the typicity and fruit purity expected from such a great winemaker, and has the bonus of being made from Cabernet Franc. We need wines like this to spread the good word about Argentine Cab Franc and this really delivers with it's delicious sour cherry and juicy strawberry flavours.
This was recommended to me at F&F and it certainly didn't disappoint. Out of interest I tried this straight after corking and then after an hour of breathing. Not unexpectedly, it is really quite dry straight away, but it really softens in a good way in only a little time. Highly recommended, just make sure to leave a few bottles for me.
