Filey Bay Porter Cask

The distilleries ethos is ‘respecting tradition but doing things our own way’ and that’s never more true than this release! Whisky aged in Porter casks is quite unusual but with their farm, brewery and distillery (and an award-winning Porter beer), it makes total sense. The Porter casks add layers of orange chocolate, roasted malt, baked apples and candied fruit. Just 2000 bottles released worldwide.
