Exclusively bottled for the UK, this complex bronze malt enjoyed initial ageing for over 8 years in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. Adding further richness and flavour, the whisky then enjoyed a finishing period of approximately 42 months in specially selected Marsala casks.
Heather honey, vanilla and stewed fruit, with notes of liquorice, butterscotch and roasted nuts on the nose. Lashings of apricot, toffee and honeycomb on the palate followed by hints of caramelised brown sugar, walnut and crème brûlée.
