This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximinez and Oloroso sherry casks. Deep amber-red/gold in colour with notes of sweet creamy vanilla, spiced mulled wine and hints of ginger on the nose. The creamy, sweet richness continues on the palate combined with flavours of raisins and soft fruits leading to a spicy medium length and dry finish.
