Lopez de Heredia Gravonia Rioja Blanco

Vineyard care, a scrupulous selection of grapes, ageing in oak barrels in the heart of deep underground galleries, and the later ageing in bottles, all contribute to making these illustrious wines with their exceptional bouquet. The wine spent 4 years in barrel and was racked twice a year. Before bottling it was fined with fresh egg whites. plenty of sweet fruit on the nose with an obvious oak influence. Very complex and developed bouquet. Perfect with all kinds of fish dishes, well seasoned white meats and pasta dishes with cream and mushrooms.
