Situated high above the Tasman Bay sat on the Moutere Hills in the North West corner of New Zealand's South Island. Heaphy Vineyard is a well established vineyard first planted in 1973 and is amongst some of New Zealand's oldest vineyards.
The grapes are hand-picked from a single vineyard when at full ripeness, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for freshness.
With notes of frangipane and sweet pears on the nose this wine brings a wonderfully balanced texture of peaches and apricots on the palate to be best paired with Thai green curry or a pear and walnut salad.
