Organically grown in the San Donaci area of Salento, this wine benefits from the region's microclimate, which is ideal for producing deep, complex wines. The Salento area is known for its full-bodied wines. Winemaker Stefano Chioccioli adheres to a minimalist philosophy, intervening only when necessary to allow each grape to fully express its unique character.

Perfect with Pasta dishes with tomato-based sauce, red meat and game and hard mature cheeses.
