Kottabos named in reference to an ancient Greek drinking game in which wine lees were thrown at targets whilst uttering the name of the object of ones affection.
Produced exclusively from Stellenbosch fruit the blend of roughly 74% Grenache fermented with whole clusters and aged in concrete and 26% Syrah destemmed and aged in used oak and then bottled after 9 months of ageing produces a dark fruited feel with a bright finish for an easy drinking wine.
