La Mécanique du Vin, meaning "the wine mechanics" in French, tells the story of winemaking from vine to bottle. This wine blends Old and New World styles, appealing to enthusiasts seeking quality, authenticity, and easy drinking.
Vermentino, a late-ripening Mediterranean grape, thrives in hot, sunny, and dry conditions. Our winemakers chose rugged terroirs in the eastern Pays d'Oc appellation, where vines bask in strong sunshine tempered by cool sea breezes. Pays d'Oc, France's oldest wine region, boasts a rich history dating back to Ancient Greek settlers. Medieval abbeys in the area pioneered winemaking techniques still used today.
Tasting notes: This wine presents a bright lemon hue. Its bouquet offers floral notes with fresh peach, citrus, and green apple aromas. The palate is dry and refreshing, with a creamy texture and vibrant acidity on the lingering finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif or pair with chicken, avocado salad, or fresh fish.
