Le Paradou Cinsault is a wine from the beating the heart of Provence showcasing a region famous around the world for its sweetness of life, its picturesque little villages and its warm sunny days.
With grapes growing at altitudes between 200 and 300 metres in a lovely corner of the south of France sheltered from the summer heat, the Chaudiére family of Chateau Pesquié make this cinsault with all the freshness and elegance of a grape variety so rarely vinified on its own.
Tasting notes: A bouquet of rose and white blossoms and full of fresh red fruit aromas (raspberries and currants) is followed by an elegant and refreshing palate with lashings of cherry and raspberry, with a touch of spiciness and great drinkability! Pairs well with summer salads, cold meats, veggie pizza or grilled white meats.
