The nose brings fruit, and lots of it. At the forefront you’ll find apples and orange marmalade, followed by summery peach syrup. The palate is delicate; floral notes of rose petals and wild lavender bring a new layer of flavour. The finish has a peppery kick, falling away to rich, dried fruits.
Cask Strength Batch 2 is bottled at 60% ABV and, as with all our whiskies, is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
