Philip Shaw No17 Cabernet Sauvignon Blend (2017)

A Cabernet Sauvignon led blend with the mature vines giving low yield, balanced crops of fruit with intense flavours. After maturation in barrel for 24 months, the wine has a deep brick red colour and from the first sniff, the aroma of lifted red fruit characters jump out of the glass. The flavour is very bright, ripe and intense with oak in support. Seamless and smooth; rich elegant fruit in the mid-palate with great structure; blackcurrant character on the finish with excellent length.
