Starting in the mid 50s with three generations of winemakers in the heart of the Mantinia appellation lies Novus wines, primarily focused on promoting indigenous grape varieties through single varieties and unique blends.
The Novus winery's flagship wine produced from the charismatic, Moschofilero grape. Single variety Moschofilero produces a distinctive lemon colour with aromas of citrus, Turkish Delight, with tangerine peel completing the aromatic palate. the crisp acidity and freshness produces a long elegant finish.
