Produced from predominantly Barbera grapes, blended with a small quantity of Pinot Nero, grown in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte, the rosé is slowly fermented at low temperature to maintain the freshness in the juice.

Shows bright aromas of fresh strawberries and redcurrants. The palate has ripe red berries and cherry characters balanced by a juicy acidity giving a fresh finish. Great alongside a tomato-based pasta dish or roasted vegetable dishes.
