Historical testimony confirms that, already in the Middle Ages, the hills of the Marca Trevigiana were naturally suited for the production of excellent white wine, sought after for "export to Venice, into Germany and even to the Polish Court" as the court authority of Conegliano, Zaccaria Morosini, wrote in 1606. In the second half of the 19th century, following the disastrous epidemic of phylloxera and downy mildew in Europe, Prosecco imposed itself over the other grape varieties cultivated here. On these green hills, well protected from the North by the Dolomites, the basis for a great oenological production was laid thanks to an intensive viticulture renewal. It is within this environment that their story has evolved. Solid roots of effort and tradition have given the life blood to a plant exuberant and full of fruit. Following grandfather Abele and father Adriano, the youngest generation, Armando and Franco, both of whom graduated in Oenology, have brought to the house of Adami refined technological specialization in the art of producing the fine spumante wines typical of Valdobbiadene. Bosco di Gica" is the ancient name of the location where the family vineyards are grown. The origins of the grape and the production criteria are similar to those of the traditional Prosecco Spumante.

Rich, with excellent fruit, releasing scents of yellow apple and peach, with notes of wisteria and acacia blossom. Wonderful balance and elegance complement a pleasurably crisp spiciness.
