Ridolfi Brunello di Montalcino

Ridolfi is an estate with history going back as far as 1290 when Three Ridolfi families branch from an ancient Tuscan lineage. One of the three, the Ridolfi of Borgi, lend their name and crest to this estate. In 2011 Ridolfi was purchased by Giuseppe Valter Peretti, an entrepreneur with other estates in Chianti, and In 2014 famous winemaker Gianni Maccari joined the estate after 14 years working at the much admired Poggio di Sotto.

Tasting notes: Ridolfi's Montalcino shows incredible purity of fruit laced with violet notes and lifted by gossamer tannins. Succulent and juicy, It will be a perfect partner to hearty stews, hard cheeses and grilled game sausages.
