Mitarte Entrepenas Barrel Fermented Rioja Blanco

Grapes are picked and selected by hand from the winery's own old vineyards, which are over 60 years old. The fermentation is carried out using new French and American oak barrels and the same barrels are used for the ageing for 4 months. The lees are stirred frequently.

Amazingly aromatic and intense on the nose with hints of white flowers and tropical fruits, creamy on the palate with waves of well integrated oak and fresh herbs, serious yet delicious and refreshing, everything a good white Rioja should be.
