The fermentation of the base wine is made of 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in barrels of 700 liter French oak . Tasting the wine shows a fine bead , soft pink color, but brilliant. Explosive nose of fruit and red and white flowers , with a slight tinge of yeast . In the mouth the full membership , dominated by a long, lingering freshness and austerity of the typical light tannins of Nebbiolo grape variety , but ends with a sweetness that long stays in the back – aroma.
