Somewhat Known's Banghoek fruit is aged in a single Stockinger demi-muid - considered by many to be the 'Rolls-Royce' of oak cooperage - that renders this wine the very definition of poise and balance, with mouth-filling texture and crescendo of a finish despite its restrained 12.5% abv.
Its restrained power makes this very versatile for matching - creamy chicken dishes or pan-fried fish will make great partners for this elegant chardonnay.
