Tenute Orestiadi Orange Inzolia

Produced by Tenute Orestiadi, this producer focuses on their close relationship between agriculture and the local art and culture of the land it sits upon. They aim to produce high-quality wine that reflects the unique Sicilian territory while at the same time promoting development among the local area through support of cultural and tourist projects.

Created from carefully selected Inzolia grapes which are then softly pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The pale orange color is the result of maceration on the skins for five days, giving color and tannin structure. Floral, fruity and caramel aromas. Savoury notes on the palate with hints of citrus and spices alongside dried apricots and white peaches.

Excellent by itself or with peppery cheeses or sushi.
