Made using the fresh pomace of Cabernet, Merlot, Refosco, Friulano and Moscato grapes and then aged for 12 month in oak barriques. The result is a very refind style of Grappa with intense notes of woody vanilla, roasted nuts and very dark chocolate. This should be paired alongside a fine cigar.
