Vallet Freres Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Vallet Frères, established in 1864 by Pierre Bourée, is now led by fourth-generation family member Jean-Christophe Vallet. The family's holdings include vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin, notably the monopole Clos de la Justice, and a portion of the Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru. As a négociant, Vallet Frères also sources top-quality grapes from long-standing partnerships across Burgundy.

Their wines exemplify authentic Burgundian Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, known for complexity and refinement. A prime example is their classic Burgundy Pinot Noir, crafted from hand-harvested grapes from parcels in Couchey, Meursault, and Gevrey-Chambertin.

This elegant, balanced wine displays a translucent ruby hue. The nose offers earthy strawberry notes with a hint of pepper. On the palate, lively acidity complements gentle ripe tannins and pure, slightly savoury red fruit flavours.
