The grapes, primarily Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino) and Cinsault, are grown in the surrounding region of La Motte, Provence. Very fresh, clean, mineral with a white peach expression. It is unoaked, vinified in stainless steel tanks and kept chilled at every stage of the process.
