Fernando de Castilla Classic Pedro Ximenez

Intense dried fruit aromas of raisins, prunes and dates together with brown spices of nutmeg and clove. Immense sweetness on the palate marries well with the intense and complex flavours which are elevated by the fresh acidity.

Fernando de Castillo is a small independent sherry house revitalised by a Norwegian called Jan Pettersen in 1999.  He soon establised Fernando de Castilla as masters of the production and ageing of fine, unblended, untreated sherries.  Other sherries to look at are their Classic Fino and Classic Manzanilla, Classic Amontillado and Classic Cream.
