The Carignan delivers freshness, with Grenache bringing mid-palate weight and Mourvèdre adding intensity and complexity. Predominantly sourced from parcels in the Corbières Maritimes, there are often additions from the Hautes Corbières to bring tension to the blend. Bottled without fining or filtration.

Michael Tildsley I loved this wine - it has a warmth and roundness with with fullness that is not too overpowering - great on its own but excellent with a good steak or meaty fish
