Erdinger Weissbräu, located in the heart of Bavaria, is the world’s biggest wheat beer brewery where traditional recipes and modern technology combine to provide 'the ultimate in wheat beer enjoyment'.

Brewed according to a traditional recipe and in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way taking three to four weeks to mature.
