Only the finest parcels of Chardonnay are used to make Hattingleys Blanc de Blanc, it is then carefully aged for a minimum of four years in old oak barrels to add a round and creamy texture.The palate is laced with white stone fruit, fresh,clean streaks of lemony citrus and decadent notes of fresh brioche drizzled with a thin layer of honey.
